I find that Hollow Knight is incredibly relaxing and atmospheric with some of the most beautiful, soothing music I have ever heard. Once the game opens up you feel as though you are a tiny bug lost in a big world. There is a huge emphasis on progression and overcoming challenges by taking small steps along the way, and learning how to improve from your mistakes. Sort of similar in terms of positive wellbeing to that of Demons Souls/Dark Souls, but a lot more relaxing (and cute!).
